1 Overview
This section forms part of the bxp ESS (Employee Self-Service) management system. Employee_Self-Service_(ESS)
1.1 
Diaries
HR Diaries are diaries in the Appointment Management module 
. If you don't want to give the user access to the modules but you do need the user to see data from the diaries in a list format then this is how these can be configured.
There are major diaries which can be set
- General
- Training
- Leave
- Absence
- Sickness
- Statutory ( Force Majeure, Parental, Paternity, Maternity, Carers )
- Personal Development
- Appointment
The diary can all be the same diary, therefore the category must be set regardless. A category is created for use in a Diary. Appointment_Management_-_Categories
The user must be explicitly named in the appointment for the records to show. Appointment_Management_-_Assigning_People_to_Entries
The listing uses the Table Styling of the system but if the Category has a colour specified that will be used instead for the first column's colour.
