Appointment Management - Assigning People to Entries

Overview
It is possible in Appointment Manager to assign specific people to appointments made in diaries. In the diary you may have events that specific bxp users or external users should attend or be recognised in.
The two options are:
- Add an existing bxp user
- Add a non bxp user
As you add users they will dynamically appear in the "List of users" below
