→View Existing Prospects
Customers are not created directly in the same way as Prospects, Appointments or other categories of system record, but are instead created by graduating a Prospect by completing at least one sale with them. ==View Existing ProspectsCustomers==
====Display====
To view a list of existing ProspectsCustomers, click the Prospects CRM category on the menu sidebar and then select either "View My ProspectsCustomers" or "View All ProspectsCustomers" from the options that are displayed. "View My ProspectsCustomers" will specifically show Prospects Customers assigned to the user that is currently logged in, while "View All ProspectsCustomers" will display all Prospects Customers currently available in the database. Both lists can be ordered by any of the columns on display, simply click on the column header to do so.

To view the full set of details for a Prospect Customer or open it for editing, click on the Open button in the far left had column of the record.
====Prospect Customer Search====To search for a specific ProspectCustomer, open either of the view lists as described above and type your search term into the search field at the upper right hand side of the list of ProspectsCustomers. Prospects Customers can be searched by the following criteria:
* Firstname
