Update Existing Prospects

====Update Details====
To modify an existing prospectCustomer, first locate the prospect Customer you want to update in either of the display lists as outlined above, then click on the Open button to the far left hand side of the record.
To update the record fill in any new details in the fields provided and then click on the Save Prospect Customer button. Note that there are now additional tabs compared to during the Prospect creation stop outlined above, these are the ContactsMade, Appointments , Quotations and Quotations Tickets tabs, which are used for adding Contacts, Appointments , Quotes and Quotes Tickets respectively to this Prospects Customer record.

For further detail on each of these processes, click on the links above to view their dedicated articles.
Also note that there is an additional tab present for Active Products. Like the Tickets tab, this tab is unique to the Customer view and will not display when a contact is still in the Prospects phase of the CRM pipeline. This tab displays the total revenue stats for this Customer and provides a detailed report on all of the active Products/Services a customer has purchased, which can be viewed by clicking on the "View Existing Products" button. ====Reassign ProspectCustomer====Prospects Customers can be manually reassigned to other system users via the Ownership Details tab. Open the tab and click on the Current Prospect Owner field, a dropdown will appear displaying all active system users. Select the user that you would like to assign the record to from this dropdown and click on the Save Prospect button to confirm your choice.
