Changes

Prospects are the third stage in the WMS CRM Pipeline. Customers can be created by progressing a Prospect through the CRM pipeline fully and share many of the same fields and functionality as Prospects . Existing Customers can be reviewed and modified at any time. This article will cover how to view and edit Customers.

Customers are not created directly in the same way as Prospects, Appointments or other categories of system record, but are instead created by graduating a Prospect by completing at least one sale with them.
