The bxp driving licence program

1 Overview
The bxp driving licence program is designed to formally recognise individuals with specific skill sets within the bxp framework.

The training courses are available without attending a course. Training
The driving licence indicates which pillar and which level within the pillar the student has attained. A CC3 licence is the Contact Centre pillar level 3 recognition of passing the associated examinations.
2 Onsite training
All n One can offer the deliver of on site training of the course material.
2.1 For levels 1 to 3
The following table provides information on potential structure of the training course.
Sessions are:
- Theory: 1 hour
- Demo of Operation: ½ hour
- Personal Operation: 1 hour

3 Examinations
3.1 For levels 1 to 3
Exams are 30 mins each with multiple choice answers. Results are given instantly at the end of the exam. 1 repeat per module is available. 2 fails requires a resit of the training module.
4 Level 4 courses and exams
Level 4 is designed for moderate experience users and require a minimum level 3 driving licence in the related pillar before they can be started.
Sessions are:
- Theory: 2 hours
- Demo of Operation: 1 hour
- Personal Operation: 4 hours
The exam is a personal build with a time window of 1 hour.
5 Level 5 courses and exams
Level 5 is designed for advanced experience users and require a minimum level 4 driving licence in the related pillar before they can be started.
Sessions are:
- Theory: 4 hours
- Demo of Operation: 2 hour
- Personal Operation: 2 hours
The exam is a personal build with a time window of 4 hours.
