To view the Contact History, click on theView Existing Contacts button. All Contacts associated with this Prospect/Customer will be displayed for review. Note how both manually submitted contacts as well as automatically logged contacts such as record creation as logged displayed. Clicking on the open button in the far left hand column of the list will display full information for that specific Contact.
