Changes

To manually add a contact, click on the Create New Contact button under the Contacts Made tab, as demonstrated above. This will forward you to the Add Create A Contact interface. Most of the details will be filled in automatically directly from the Prospect or Customer record, so only the contact type and details need to be manually defined. Once you have filled in all details, click on Save Contact to proceed.
