Form Add a Question

Form fields are added using the Add a Question function and on the question functionadd screen you will find a number of options available.
There are a number of options available on the question add screen.
Question Type defines a question as open or closed.
Question Type allows for a number of different types of question to be added to the script. There are closed question and open question types.

Question is the wording / title of the field that will be shown to the end user  Notes are advisory notes that you might like the user to see to help them in completing / filling in the question.
