== Recent Excel Issues and Soultions ==
Recently Microsoft have recognised this has caused an issue for a lot of clients that use their services.
When opening a spreadsheet the user is presented with a blank or grey screen. There is nothing wrong with the report but rather how Excel treats it.
There are two solutions that can fix this.
**Option 1 (Once Off)**
**Option 2 (Every time a document is downloaded)**
Once an Excel report or document that has been downloaded and right click on the document.
Select properties from the menu.
Under the general tab go to the bottom and there will be a security section.
There will be a tick box with Unblock beside it.
Click the tick box and then click apply.
The document can now be opened in Excel.
