You need people to work for an extra 3 hours on Thrusday Thursday evening. Choose Thursday 18:00 as the Start Time. Choose Thursday 21:00 as the End Time. Anyone who has personally flagged that they are available for those times will be included in the group to be sent to.
You can further refine the group by include a group at the top for people with a specific skill set.
