Group HR Sending

bxp software (bxp) can send group text messages and group emails to users of the system with the added filtering provided by the Human Resource Management (HRM) module .

1 Overview

The HRM module enables further grouping and filtering to be applied to user accounts. Specifically grouping and staff availability times.

Groups allows any one associated with that group to be included in the send.

Choosing availabilities will see that anyone who has marked themselves as available in the times you select, will be included in the send.

2 Worked example

You need people to work for an extra 3 hours on Thursday evening. Choose Thursday 18:00 as the Start Time. Choose Thursday 21:00 as the End Time. Anyone who has personally flagged that they are available for those times will be included in the group to be sent to.

You can further refine the group by include a group at the top for people with a specific skill set.
