This strategy allows for records to be equally distributed to all assessors. The system will go through each assessment and sequentially allocate (in rotation) the assessors to the loaded assessments. This ensures the fairest distribution of assessments to be performed.

 

 

 

== Equal Distribution - Not my Group ==

 

This strategy performs in similar operation to the "Equal Distribution - All" strategy however if the person being assessed is in the same Organogram Group as the assessor, the assessment will be assigned to a different assessor. This can ensure objectivity. This strategy can result in some assessors receiving more assessments than others.
