This wixi article is meant to serve as a reference guide to a subset of MetaData Processing Rules.
3 Rules
3.1 Deletion
The Deletion rule allows for records to be deleted from any form
Required fields to execute rule:
- Rule Name
- Form id (the same as the current sequence)
- intCDA_X_Id
Example:

Example (with replacement values):

3.2 Remove Duplicate Records
The remove duplicate records function allows for the deletion of all duplicate records in a form.
Required fields to execute rule:
- Rule Name
- Form id (the same as the current sequence)
- Field that contains the values to group on
Example:

3.3 Flag Duplicate Records
The flag duplicate records function allows for the duplicate records in a form to be flagged as duplicates
Required fields to execute rule:
- Rule Name
- Form 1 Id
- Form 1 fields
- Form 2 Id
- Form 2 fields
- Outcome for CCL
- Add CCL
- Fields to update
- Values to insert
- CCL Coments
- Comments additional
- Current Record Id
