N.B. No client data is stored in any infrastructure other than the Sungard infrastructure.

1.1 Sungard

Sungard AS accommodates a virtually unlimited range of installations – from a single server with an installed operating system to High Availability failover Blade Infrastructure running VM Ware layered OS with full Firewall / IPS and Storage capabilities.

Sungard AS operates as a secure and superior facility to house managed Solutions with UPS-protected power. They provide air conditioning and your choice of flexible and redundant Internet connectivity options. Depending on the level of service, Sungard provides either 100Mbps or full GigE connectivity for the Web servers to the Internet.

Our private infrastructure is hosted in the Sungard facility.

1.2 All n One

  • Location: Ballymount, Dublin, Ireland
  • Primary Use: Primary Operational Office

  • Notes:

Though All n One also have offices in Belfast and London, the All n One infrastructure is not stored on those sites. Staff located in these sites can only access client data through the auditable bxp interface as can any user with the correct permissions and IP access.

Ballymount provides our primary development environment. The following diagram is deliberately abstracted but provides the general Ballymount Infrastructure components.

For further security these routers have static IP addresses.
