* 4. Click on "Scan Whole Computer"''
* 5. Once the scan is completed and the results are displayed take a screenshot to add it to the required security document"
* 6. In order to take a screenshot of the AVG results click anywhere on the application (To make it the foreground process) and hold down the "Alt" button and press the "PrtScn" button. This will take a screenshot of just the foreground application. (Which is AVG at this time as it was the last application we clicked on/in)
* 7. Once you completed the above step (No notification from windows for screenshot taken) navigate back to the security document and scroll down to the Anti-Virus section and fill in the questions required. For the snapshot question just paste your screen shot into the designated area. ( Hold "Ctrl" and press "V" or Right click on screen and click paste to complete the screenshot pasting process)
