* 3. Once open you may be prompted to update to the latest version of Ccleaner. If so click "no" But note it in the security document in the required section.
* 4. Once Ccleaner is open click the "Run Cleaner" button in the bottom right of the window.
* 5. Once the scan is completed and the results are displayed take a screenshot to add it to the required security document"* 6. In order to take a screenshot of the Ccleaner results click anywhere on the application (To make it Imput the foreground process) and hold down the "Alt" button and press the "PrtScn" button. This will take a screenshot of just the foreground application. (Which is Ccleaner at this time as it was the last application we clicked on/in)* 7. Once you completed the above step (No notification from windows for screenshot taken) navigate back to the security document and scroll down to the system optimisation section and fill in the questions required. For the snapshot question just paste your screen shot information into the designated area. ( Hold "Ctrl" and press "V" or Right click on screen and click paste to complete the screenshot pasting process)* 8. Next we need to screenshot the start-up process on the machine. To do this click the "Tools" button the the left side of the Ccleaner application. Next click the option for "Startup"* 9. Select the "Windows" tab and then click the "Save to text file.." Save the document to an easy to locate location as you will be attaching it to the e-mail response to the security team with your security document* 10. Select the "Internet Explorer" tab and then click the "Save to text file.." You may need to rename the file as it will try save it with the same name as the first one. Save the document to an easy to locate location as you will be attaching it to the e-mail response to the security team with your security document* 11. Select the "Firefox" tab and then click the "Save to text file.." Save the document to an easy to locate location as you will be attaching it to the e-mail response to the security team with your security document* 12. Select the "Google Chrome" tab and then click the "Save to text file.." Save the document to an easy to locate location as you will be attaching it to the e-mail response to the security team with your security document* 13. Select the "Scheduled tasks" tab and then click the "Save to text file.." Save the document to an easy to locate location as you will be attaching it to the e-mail response to the security team with your security document maintenance form
