Appointment Diary Categories allow appointments to be classified.
Categories are common to all diaries in a system.
''Main Menu > Appointment Management > Diary Management > Category - Add''
You are presented three fields:
* Name - The name of the category
* Colour - The colour to display this category as in the diary
* Email addresses - A comma separated list of email addresses that are emailed when this category is used.

To use the Category, add an appointment to a diary and the Category field will be displayed with the options for you to select from
