1 Overview
These reports output data to an Excel spreadsheet.
It is important to understand the difference that "Unique" data reports make. Data_Profiling_Overview#Unique_Data_Records

2.1 Data - Data - Report by Period, by Outcome
This report outputs data captured into an Excel spreadsheet.
- Choose the dates in which to report from.
- Choose the campaign to report against.
- Click on the check box beside the outcomes you wish to report on.
- Click on the check box beside the fields in the campaign you would like to report on.
- A report is generated for the records with the Outcomes and fields selected, during the period of time selected, in this campaign.
- Click on the link to open the report, or save the report for a later date.
Depending on how many records are being generated, it may take some time.
2.2 Data - Data - Unique Data Records - Report by Period, by Outcome
NOTE - This Report follows the same pattern above, EXCEPT:
- It only deals with the last record that was taken on a particular customer.
- For example:
- If a customer calls 3 times (i.e. lost contact mid-call on the first two calls), this report only generates the last record that was recorded by the agent.
- The first two records on this customer will not be reported on in this report.

- Choose the campaign in which to report on.
- Choose the Outcomes in which to base the report on.
- Choose the fields from the campaign in which to report on.
- Click on the link to generate the report.
- Open the report or save it for a later date.
2.3 Data - User - Report by Period, by Outcome, by User
This report allows an extra filter to limit records to a specific user or users.
- Choose the dates in which to report from.
- Choose the campaign in which to report on.
- Choose the agent to base the report upon.
- Choose the Outcomes in which to base the report on.
- Choose the fields from the campaign in which to report on.
- Click on the link to generate the report.
- Open the report or save it for a later date.
2.4 Data - User - All records for all Forms - Report by Period by User
This report exports all data captured by user across all forms by period.
It is not possible to customise fields in this report as each form could potentially be very different. The fields are limited to:
- Form
- Date Time
- CDA Id
- Outcome
2.5 Data - Cross linked interactive report
This report is specifically designed for Cross Linked data forms. For more information on Cross Linked please see here. CrossLinked_Reports
- This report is generated for campaigns that have 2 or more campaigns linked together.
- For example, a lookup campaign associated with master campaign.
- The report is generated as above and follows the same pattern, except that it involves 2 campaigns.
2.6 Data - Raw Data - Report by Period, by Outcome
This report provides a complete dump of all data in the CDA table to a file using a specific database level export technique. This approach is designed for large datasets which otherwise would take very long to create through the first report Data - Report by Period by Outcome.
Raw Data means that drop down list fields, or cross linked report fields, will not be translated into their respective textual names.
2.7 Data - Examination - User Progress Report
This report is used for testing scores for Examination forms across a number of forms for a given user. Examination_-_Building_a_Test
You select your users and the report generates. The system uses all the eCourses and their associated tests to be able to build the report.
