1 Intro

bxp is priced per contract but there are general guidelines to help customers choose the most appropriate solution.


There are four primary areas of pricing

  • Monthly rental charges
  • Once off set up fee
  • SMS charges (at cost)
  • Development / Consultancy (if requested)


2 Monthly rental charges

bxp has two primary approaches

  • Professional Edition
  • Enterprise Edition


Both approaches use exactly the same modules and have the same features and functionality but the pricing per module and users are different.


The professional edition is designed for smaller scaled projects which allow the customers to "grow" into bxp. The pricing is based on per user per module. The flexibility is much higher in configuration of these solutions and the per unit cost is higher than the Enterprise edition.


At specific price break points it becomes more cost effective to move to the Enterprise edition. The Enterprise edition begins at 15 modules for 50 users and above.


To provide a worked example, if the price per module per user was 2.5. The system had 10 modules and 20 users, the cost would be 2.5 * 10 * 20 which is 500. If the modules expanded to 15 and the users expanded to 40, it becomes, 1500. The Enterprise edition for 15 modules for 50 users would be significantly less.

You account manager will help you work out the most cost effective rate for you.


3 Contract Period

The initial contract is for 3 months and thereafter on a rolling one month notice period. We believe in keeping our customers and not locking them into extended contracts. We want you to want us!


If you feel more comfortable with longer contracts, these of course can be facilitated. Some of our clients request 3 and also 5 year contracts.


4 Once off set up fee

When you first start using bxp we have found that the best way to maximise the effectiveness of the system is to get a bit of help. We have found 30 hours of support in the form of training or building your first solution to yield the best results.


You have of course free of charge all of the training materials and Wixi articles immediately. Our support lines are available to your nominated System Champion from the get go. Understanding_bxp_Support


Adapting to your needs is the primary focus of the setup. If you prefer to get hands on, we help you through every step. Some of our clients want us to do everything. If you want us to build it all, no bother. We'll hand you a perfectly built solution.


5 SMS charges

If you choose to send text messages from bxp, the cost for these will be supplied at cost from our supplier Phonovation.


If you have a preferred SMS provider we are happy to investigate the API to work with their service.


6 Development / Consultancy

If you would like to get further help beyond the initial 30 hours that is no issue at all. We have a very structured project management and support mechanism we employ for the life time you are with bxp.
