Record Status Filtering

This report operates exactly the same as the Record Status report, but allows filtering for specific records using the Custom Group creation engine.

This report is ideal for exploring possible subset groups for further follow up campaigns.

2.4 Dashboard - System Information

This report provides key statistics on the form being interrogated.

bxp software uses Oracle's MySQL database server.

  • Data Records = CDAs
  • Max Record Id = The largest Id in the data. The Max Record Id can be much larger than the data rows. E.g Load 200 records. Delete 150. Data rows = 50 Max Record Id = 200.
  • Contact Records = CCLs
  • Outcomes = COUs

2.5 Integrated Warehousing - Manual Lock Release

NOTE - IW = Integrated Warehousing.

For more information on IW please review Data_Profiling_Overview#Volume_of_Data_and_Integrated_Warehousing

Manual IW Lock Release is used to release the lock on a report if a report failed to generate in the middle of the report being generated.

Integrated Warehousing is only associated with Grouped Reports in Data Profiling. For example, if a report is generated at a certain time by a certain user, and the same report is generated at the same time by another user, this can cause the report to lock. Using Manual IW Lock Release, you will have to release the lock on this report and generate it again.
