The bxp bulletin is aimed at bxp users and it provides a round-up of our news for the last week.

2 New

2.1 Sections

Time Tracker has a new section called My Reports. This lists data only from the projects that you have access to.

2.2 Functions

SAM security report modifications for user profiling.

• Main Menu > System Access Management > Security Reports > Security - User Status > Choose a user >
• Status displaying properly
• Password Strength displayed
• Expiry of elements removed
• Last access / use of all elements now included
• Login History (last 20 events)
• System Use (last 50 events)

Gamification "From" and "Subject" changes possible. Modified at the Scheme level. Gamification_-_Award_Program

• Main Menu > Gamification > Gamification Management > Scheme Edit > Choose your Scheme > Awards Engine > Awards - Engine >

Gamification comments are automatically added to the bodies of emails sent.

When granting Read or Edit permissions to a user at Book or Chapter level, eCourse Auto Grant Test security permissions will find all associated tests (stop and support point) and give the users permissions to these tests as well.

KeyStat listing engine update to make it easier to manage KeyStats.

SMARTER Template modifications now possible.

• Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Primary Management > Form - Edit > Choose Quality Form > Quality Options from console on the left > Support Options > SMARTER Custom Layout

Group add users by Asset listing function fixed.

3.2 Logic

Client Dashboard reporting change. Support and Billable hours now links through to Time Tracker reports providing breakdowns. Bxp_Client_Dashboard_Report

Console for examination now points to test, not inbound contact
