Appointment Diary Categories allow appointments to be classified.
Categories are common to all diaries in a system.
Main Menu > Appointment Management > Diary Management > Category - Add
You are presented three fields:
- Name - The name of the category
- Colour - The colour to display this category as in the diary
- Email addresses - A comma separated list of email addresses that are emailed when this category is used.
To use the Category, add an appointment to a diary and the Category field will be displayed with the options for you to select from
