From All n One's bxp software Wixi
In the information age being in business requires the provision of as much information as possible to customers, management and staff. Key to managing this situation is training and ongoing development. bxp software (bxp) provides a tool kit that enables training and testing to be built and delivered in minutes.

1 Delivery mechanisms
Traditional classroom training still has a role of course but it comes with overheads and organisational challenges. BE can deliver training from bite sized segments up to full presentations without the need to leave your desk. When BE is integrated with phone systems this training can be delivered seamlessly between calls or during quiet periods. BE also allows for a student view by limiting system access to training material only.
2 Content Types
There are few restrictions on content type. You can use any version of any office document (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.), audio files including call recordings (wavs, mp3s), video files (mp4, mov, avi, divx), multimedia files (such as Adobe Flash or Microsoft Silverlight) for interactive content, reporting files (PDFs, Crystal Reports, txt files) and any other media file in between. Furthermore, there are no file-size limits.
3 Creating a revenue stream from training
Once courses are developed, they can be sold or made available at a charge. This helps to fund on-going training development and could even turn your training department into a profit centre. Cisco, for example, developed their product training to the point of formal qualification for third parties, a whole new revenue stream for their business.
4 Compliance Training
BE has audit trails to track time spent studying and, via Testing Centre auditable compliance checking can be delivered within minutes, globally!
