1 Release Notes

bxp Release 10 Service Enhancement Release 2 is in testing with internal QA and specific client review programs. Cooperation and collaboration with clients is currently in progress.


  • Planned updates moved from SER1 to SER2 are included here.
  • There are a host of further changes also available as part of this release.

4 New Modules

Whilst not a new module the module has been completely revamped and regenerated to directly support the Human Resources Management pillar as discussed above.

5 Engine

5.1 Module Menu appearance

Whilst being a new feature in System Access Management this option will affect all users interaction with bxp modules.

5.2 Security Content Management

A broad sweeping change which affects multiple modules is the enhanced use of Security Groups when managing content and specifically content access.

5.3 Security Group Menu

A new menu interface engine has been built called the Security Group Menu engine (SGM). Design with User Sensitive Inclusive Design (USID) design principles in mind the engine provides a new, customisable extremely user friendly way to interact with bxp. Security_Group_Menu


5.4 System notification emails

A number of email and reports from bxp come from a variety of email addresses currently. These are to be unified under the bxpsoftware.com domain.
