The book overview report is a useful tool for eCourse management userTraining Managers.
The report shows displays a broad range of statistics and drill downs to give a book author filters giving very useful information.
On the selection page select the books that you want wish to report on and then . Then click select.
The report may take a few minutes to load display depending on how many books that have been selected , and how much information is stored in each book.
When the report loads displays it will look like the below.:
Now that we have the report there There is loads lots of information in front of us displayed, but what does it represent.:
The first section of the report shows displays an overview of the book.
It shows the number of chapters, pages and assetsstored in a particular book. It also lists off all of the chapter names and shows displays a graph of the chapters broken down my number of times viewed.
There are two tables which show displaying the top 5 viewers and last 5 viewers for the book.
These two tables show display the top 5 view viewed pages of all time , and the top five viewed pages in the last 30 days.
This chart shows the displays all of the pages in a book , and the counts for how many times each page was viewed.
These last two tables are extremely useful, they show . They display how many users have access to a particular book, and how many users with access have actually view viewed the book.
By clicking on the counts for each table item, two reports are generated showing the user name, department, role and cost centre for each user who has access or who have viewed the book.
