In the Title and Body of an Information Centre message a number of dynamic replacements are possible.

2.1 -- replacements
The -- field replacement notation also works in the Information Centre.
"--firstname--" is the first name of the user currently logged in
"--surname--" is the surname of the user currently logged in
"--period--" will replace with the server based morning / afternoon / evening.
"--period-7--" is for use in time zones where the user will be 7 hours behind BST.
"--period+12--" is for use in time zones where the user will be 12 hours ahead of BST.
2.2 Text replacements
Combined with these replacements are also a number of intelligent string replacements, not linked to the -- notation.
"morning/afternoon/evening" becomes the period of the day according to the servers.
"morning / afternoon / evening" becomes the period of the day according to the servers.
"[Agent Name]" is the full name of the agent logged in
