A Department can have a manager and an assistant manager assigned.
For all users that are assigned to that Department, if the current user is a Department Manager or Assistant Manager, they will be able to report and support all users in their Department.
* My Department - Profile : provides a security view of all the users in the department
* My Department - Data : provides a system level or department customised ESS view of the user
* My Department - Missing Documents : provides a way of tracking documents required of staff in their department.
