Outcome Security enables a system where outcomes are only shown allows you to the user if explicit security permission is granted permit or deny access to the user. When enabled the all users will have no outcomes by default. To gain an a given outcome access must be specifically granted to that user.
The process to enable outcome security is.:* Enable outcome security. This is done by going : Main Menu > Form Management > Database - Primary Management > Form - Edit > Select the database > Open Advanced Options > Set "Use Outcome Security" to True. >Scroll to the bottom down and click "Update". Outcome security has now been enabled.* Administration of the security is done through : Main Menu > Form Management > Outcome Access These functions are managed in Database - Outcome Access. The management of which follows below:
# Outcome - Profile access to an Outcome
# Outcome - Single User grant access
*Select the user in which you would like to grant access to.
*Click Store Assignment.
