The process to enable outcome security is.
* Enable outcome security. This is done by going Main Menu > Database Management > Database - Primary Management > Campaign From - Edit > Select the database > Open Advanced Options > Set "Use Outcome Security" to True. Scroll to the bottom and click "Update". Outcome security has now been enabled.
* Administration of the security is done through Main Menu > Database Management > Outcome Access. The management of which follows below:

*Select the campaign form from the list.
*Select the Outcome from the list of outcomes provided.
*Click on profile outcome.

*Select the campaignform.
*Select the outcome you wish to grant multiple users access.
*Check the box beside the users you wish to add to this Outcome.
==='''Outcome - Multiple User remove access'''===
*Select the campaignform.
*Select the Outcome.
*Check the box beside the users you wish to remove from this Outcome.
*Save and Continue.
*These users have now been removed from this Outcome.
