In early 2012, [https://www.linkedin.com/pub/carolann-diskin/22/527/548 Carolann Diskin ] joined the team as a dedicated Business Express staff member, joined soon after later that year by [https://www.linkedin.com/pub/daniel-coughlan/37/2b5/900 Daniel Coughlan ] and [https://www.linkedin.com/pub/patrick-jenkins/53/226/ba8 Patrick Jenkins].
