1 Intro
bxp software (bxp) is a modular solution. Each module offers tools of related functionality.
The modules are grouped into pillars for ease of understanding.
All of the pillars and associated modules are capable of running in isolation or integrated with each other.
2 Pillars
There are currently four pillars.
- Contact Centre Management: For every type of inbound contact ( phone, email, fax, sms, mms, website, social media, post, etc. )
- Customer Relationship Management: For every type of outbound contact ( phone, email, fax, sms, mms, website, social media, post, etc. )
- eLearning: For providing training and documentation on all the material processes and procedures involved in any contact process
- Quality Assurance: For sample any interactions, providing quality control and integrating correct training and process / procedure documentation
There is a fifth pillar currently in development
- Resource Management: For tracking, recording and managing all work related to projects
All of the pillars share common functionality such as security management and system integration tools
3 Development and Growth
bxp is constantly evolving and developing and so changes can be seen quite frequently. Tools within pillars and new pillars are being designed and built.
The status of a module is listed as part of the information below.
As of 2015:
| Pillar | Status | Description | Colour |
|---|---|---|---|
| General | Release | System and interface supporting tools | Yellow |
| Contact Centre Management (CCM) | Release | All forms of inbound contact management | Blue |
| Customer Relationship Management (CRM) | Release | All forms of outbound contact management | Blue |
| eLearning | Release | Learning and development management | Green |
| Quality Assurance (QA) | Release | Quality assurance and control tools | Purple |
| Systems Integration | Release | For data manipulation and system integration management | Pink |
| Project Management | In Analysis Phase | For project operation and management tools | Red |
| Concept | Theory only | Future modules with no particular pillar yet | Variable |
The modules are colour coded for convenience into a number of specific groupings for convenience.
There are many cross overs in role and the colour has no significant bearing save to aid clear identification.
