2 Operations
2.1 Creating your first form
OK, let's get stuck in.
You need to have access to the Form Management module
which should be in your list of modules at the bottom.
When you click into that, open the first section called "Form - Primary Management"
Choose the option "Form - Create"
From the drop down list there are numerous types, for the moment lets choose "Blended".
Give your form a unique name and then click create
Congratulations that is the data structure built. You are now ready to customise your form.
2.2 Adding fields / questions
The big green button with "Review the build" allows you to see what you've created so far, so click that.
Your form is going to be pretty empty, so let's add some questions.
From the menu on the left hand side choose "Question Addition".
From what appears choose "Complex - Title Block" from the list in "Question Type" (it's near the bottom of the list)
In "Question" type "Can I have your name please?"
Click Add questions and when the little prompt appears saying "Are you sure?" click Yes.
The screen will blink and the fields go blank. Your questions is added and the system is ready for you to add another questions.
We want to see what we've accomplished so far. Click "Review the build" button and you can see what you've built
2.3 Next steps
Now you can add as many questions as you like there are probably going to be a few major tasks you'd like to enhance your script with.
- Making the best use of the power of the outcomes
- Logic Branching through the form
- Connecting your Form to a Website
- Integrating the Form with a Phone System
