Section two gives the users options to re-order there questions as well as edit and create questions and modify the answer values of questions with dropdown lists or checkboxes.

The question reorder page lets you change around the order of the questions and there are also options to hide certain questions.
Section three has options to add, edit and copy outcomes for your form.
