The process to enable outcome security is.
* Enable outcome security. This is done by going Main Menu > Database Management > Database - Primary Management > From Form - Edit > Select the database > Open Advanced Options > Set "Use Outcome Security" to True. Scroll to the bottom and click "Update". Outcome security has now been enabled.
* Administration of the security is done through Main Menu > Database Management > Outcome Access. The management of which follows below:
