1 Overview
Appointment Management is the diary engine of bxp. There are two interfaces which can be used. Appointment_Management_-_Interface
As part of the configuration options of a Diary are a number of features which can be enabled and disabled. The Features field allows these to be configured.
- Main Menu > Appointment Management
> Diary Management > Diary - Add > Features - Main Menu > Appointment Management > Diary Management > Diary - Edit > Select the Diary > Features
2 Features
2.1 Form Link
| Command | Description |
|---|---|
| Form_Link=Hide; | by default the Form link is shown. Hide will force hide it. |
| Form_Link=Edit; | by default the Form link is shown. Edit will allow any user edit it. Owner will have edit ability by default. |
| Form_Link=NoEdit; | by default the Form link is shown. Even author isn't allowed to edit in Diary. |
2.2 eCourse Link

| eCourse_Link=Hide; | by default the eCourse link is shown. Hide will force hide it. |
| eCourse_Link=Edit; | by default the eCourse link is shown. Edit will allow any user edit it. Owner will have edit ability by default. |
| eCourse_Link=NoEdit; | by default the eCourse link is shown. Even author isn't allowed to edit in Diary. |
