An outbound campaign is a campaign database that is preloaded with records. bxp software provides a mechanism to distribute those records to the user on a per click basis. When the agent is ready to process a record they click "Take next record". Management of what records are distributed is managed by a Team Lead who chooses from the "stack" which records are to be processed.
