Your form can only be accessed through functions in the bxp API [[bxp_API]] = Enabling external access = In order to enable bxp API access to your form. ''Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Primary Management > Form - Advanced Settings > Choose your form > External'' Externally available: Private means no bxp API access. Public means bxp API access. Public access still requires a user account that has been IP restricted and granted access to the form to work. Public Outcome: When a record is logged from externally an Outcome can be triggered. If the outcome has communications these too will be performed. MetaData and other systems integrations functions will also operate. Enable Offline usage: Options This option allows a form to be added hereused where no internet connection exists. For more information please review [[Using_Forms_Offline]] Allow External CCL file download: When a file is attached to the Contact History of a record in a form, that file is not available externally for hosting abuse reasons. This option enables the external access of files that are attached to CDAs.
