Organogram and Security Group management has been upgraded to provide extensive extra data options and greater use throughout bxp.

Three releate to the new HR Live, Retire and Data Protection Rules sections [[System_Access_Managent_and_HR_process_integration]]

Whilst being a new feature in System Access Management this option will affect all users interaction with bxp modules.

== Security Content Management ==


A broad sweeping change which affects multiple modules is the enhanced use of Security Groups when managing content and specifically content access.

== Security Group Menu ==


A new menu interface engine has been built called the Security Group Menu engine (SGM).  Design with User Sensitive Inclusive Design (USID) design principles in mind the engine provides a new, customisable extremely user friendly way to interact with bxp.  [[Security_Group_Menu]]
