Waste Management Solution - CRM Pipeline - From Prospect to Customer
1 Overview
The Waste Management system tracks clients throughout every stage of the CRM pipeline. Clients enter the pipeline as new prospects, are sent quotations and once a sale is agreed on become customers.
This article will cover this process from start to finish with a single example to demonstrate how a client enters the system as a prospect, receives a quote and is moved into the customer pool after accepting.
2 CRM Pipeline
The first step when registering a new client is to log them as a prospect, you can do this by opening the prospects menu via the control bar, then selecting New Prospect and filling in the required details. For detailed documentation on this process, click here.
Once a prospect is created you can proceed immediately to the Quotations tab to open a quote for this prospect, otherwise you can return at a later stage using the All Prospects or My Prospects option from the control bar.
To create a quote for this prospect, open the Quotations tab and click the Create New Quotation button, fill in the details of the quote, and then click Start Quotation. For detailed documentation on this process, click here.
If the customer has already agreed to the quote you can confirm by setting the status to Sale Made.
Otherwise you can revisit this quote later by returning to this prospect and clicking on the View Existing Quotations button under the Quotations tab.
You can also use the All Quotations or My Quotations options under the Quotations section of the control bar.
Once a quotation has been updated to sale agreed, the client will now be registered as a customer and will no longer appear as a prospect. You will still be able to modify their details and add new quotations and appointments under them via customers section of the system, accessible via the CRM option on the control bar.
