==Overview==
The Contacts feature enables the system to track any time a Customer or Prospect has been interacted with. Contacts can be made one of two ways:
* By interacting with the record(Initial add, changing status, updating details etc.)
* By manually adding a contact via the Contacts Made tab.
This article will cover how to add a contact manually, view contact history and edit existing contacts.
==Contacts Made==
The Contacts Made tab displays all of the existing contact information for a Prospect or Customer, and allows for manually adding new contacts and reviewing a records full contact history. To access it, first open the Prospect or Customer who's contact history you want to review, then open the Contact History Tab.
