Changes

Customers can be manually reassigned to other system users via the Ownership Details tab. Open the tab and click on the Current Prospect Customer Owner field, a dropdown will appear displaying all active system users. Select the user that you would like to assign the record to from this dropdown and click on the Save Prospect Customer button to confirm your choice.
