Customers are the third stage in the WMS CRM Pipeline. Customers can be created by progressing a Prospect through the CRM pipeline fully and share many of the same fields and functionality as Prospects . Existing Customers can be reviewed and modified at any time. This article will cover how to view and edit Customers.
