Changes

Prospects are the first third stage in the WMS CRM Pipeline. New Prospects Customers can be created at any time, while existing prospects by progressing a Prospect through the CRM pipeline fully and share many of the same fields and functionality as Prospects . Existing Customers can be reviewed and modified as neededat any time. This article will cover how to add, view and edit and view prospects.  Please note that once at least one sale has been agreed upon, Prospects will graduate to Customers and be moved to that portion of the system instead.
