To view the full set of details for a Prospect or open it for editing, click on the Open button in the far left had column of the record.

To modify an existing prospect, first locate the prospect you want to update in either of the display lists as outlined above, then click on the Open button to the far left hand side of the record.

To update the record fill in any new details in the fields provided and then click on the Save Prospect button. Note that there are now additional tabs compared to during the Prospect creation stop outlined above, these are the Contacts, Appointments and Quotations tabs, which are used for adding Contacts, Appointments and Quotes respectively to this Prospects record. For further detail on each of these processes, click on the links above to view their dedicated articles.
====Reassign Prospect====
Prospects can be manually reassigned to other system users via the Ownership Details tab.
