It is possible to give all staff a self-service account in bxp for free using placeholder accounts, though functionality will be limited in these accounts. [[Placeholder_Accounts]]

As with the Key Documentation there is the aspect of providing training materials, testing that material has been absorbed, quality assurance management and personal development. This area is documented in a number of aspects of bxp. Support for the annual review process is also possible.
