Lookup a Record is a search page that uses the script of the campaign database form and allows the user to search by any field in that campaign databaseform.
The results page will show the first 120 records matched. The information displayed by the search is customisable. [[Campaign_Database_Search_FieldsForm_Search_Fields]]
Custom logic can be added to the lookup page using custom JavaScript.
