Changes

The Campaign Database Form Active Flag is a really useful quick flag if a campaign form needs to be retired in a hurry. It can easily be changed from true to false and make the campaign form unavailable. Similar to the date limiting ability of the campaignform, no data is deleted, access is just limited.
