'''Bar Colour Type''': There are currently two colour bar types, from Red to Green (warning to safe) and from Blue to Red (cold to hot)
'''Width Percentage''': Choosing 50 will allow two bars to fit side by side. 100 will generate a single bar the width of the page.
== PowerBar Count Details ==
'''Audience''': The option current is only for My, but will include, My Team, My Department and All
'''Campaign / Database''': The database / campaign in which the numbers can be calculated or generated.
'''Sum / Count''': Type of maths to be done.
* Sum Field: If summing a field, this is the field to be summated. This will usually be a sale value field or other numeric field.
* Outcome: If counting is done on an outcome, please selected the outcome to count by.
'''Period''': The window on which the data will be generated.
'''Custom Rules''': Allows for explicit customisation of the rules in each PowerBar

Fields marked with an * only appear on the edit screen once a campaign has been selected and saved for the PowerBar.
= Security =
For a PowerBar to appear each user must be given permission to access the specific item. This is done by using the “Security – Add Users to PowerBar” menu option.
A PowerBar can be removed from a user by using the “Security – Remove Users from a PowerBar” menu option.
