bxp software uses Oracle's MySQL database server.
* Data Records = CDAs
* Max Record Id = The largest Id in the data. The Max Record Id can be much larger than the data rows. E.g Load 200 records. Delete 150. Data rows = 50 Max Record Id = 200.
* Contact Records = CCLs
* Outcomes = COUs
